Angus’s Class Assembly

November 15, 2013

Last Friday Angus’s class presented a play to the junior school at their Friday Assembly.  The play was about the work they’ve been doing this term on the subject of “Jobs”.  The play was set in an airport and followed a couple going on a flight and all of the people they encountered at the airport, from the taxi driver to the barrister at the cafe.  Angus was the truck driver who delivered the food to the aeroplanes, he also did the welcome to the students and parents at the beginning of the assembly.

We were really proud of Angus, as he put lots of practice into his lines and even had to say hard things like “explanation texts” (try saying that without a kiwi accent)!Image
